Full Job Description
We are looking for a Head Faculty for Aeronautics(for Remote Pilot Training - Head RPTO) who will handle end-end of a single Drone RPTO Training Department.

Duties & Responsibilities

You would be part of:

Managing a team of Pilots, Instructors, & Tele sales team
Team that engages closely with the eco-system to get bulk enrolments for the training course
Skills Required

Operations
Reporting & Compliance
Metric driven
Tech orientation
Strong communication and Presentation skills.
Ability to do a Hands-on Demo

Enrolment of candidate for the training
Service quality
NPS
Cost per training, Cost per lead
Lead funnel
Compliance (Reports)
Requirements

7+ years of overall experience
1+ Years of experience in Services /Training industry
Preferably talent from the Drone industry training or services space
