Factory Worker

Position: Factory Helper Department: Production / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will support production activities, maintain cleanliness, handle materials, and ensure smooth workflow within the factory. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist workers and machine operators in production activities. Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods. Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures. Support inventory handling and stock arrangement. Perform basic quality checks on products. Help in operating equipment under supervision. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors. RequirementsMinimum education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred. Physically fit and capable of lifting materials. Ability to work in a team environment. Basic understanding of factory safety practices. Prior factory or production experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
