Job Description
Factory Operative – Near Wainfleet
£12.83 per hour | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Temporary Position
We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a small and friendly food manufacturing business based near Wainfleet.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work during a busy production period.
Hours of Work
• Monday to Friday
• Up to 12-hour shifts
• Working between 7:00am and 7:00pm
• £12.83 per hour for all hours worked
• Some Saturday's may be required
Duties Include
• Working on production lines
• Packing products
• Stacking finished goods
• Following daily production schedules
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene
• Following Health & Safety and company procedures
• Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar factory, food production, or manufacturing environment is essential
• Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Own transport is required due to the location of the site
Additional Information
• This is not a cold working environment
• Candidates must attend an induction at our office before starting work
• Ongoing temporary assignment to support peak production periods
