ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Overall Factory Management:
• Assume responsibility for complete control and management of a packaged food manufacturing factory.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of factory operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
2. Labor Management:
• Lead and manage the factory workforce, ensuring optimal utilization of labor resources.
• Implement effective labor management practices, including workforce planning, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
3. Production Oversight:
• Supervise and coordinate the production processes, ensuring timely and quality production of food products.
• Implement production schedules, monitor production output, and make data-driven adjustments for optimization.
4. Inventory and Dispatch Control:
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
• Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
5. Compliance Management:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and quality standards in the food manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to maintain necessary certifications and approvals.
6. Team Setup and Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
7. Machine and Equipment Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of machinery and equipment in the factory.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Factory Management: Proven experience in managing end-to-end operations of a food manufacturing factory.
• Labor Management: Expertise in workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.
• Production Optimization: Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Inventory Control: Experience in managing inventory levels and dispatch operations for a food manufacturing unit.
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of legal, safety, and quality standards in the food industry.
• Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
