The client is one of the largest Global Kitchen Appliance & Cookware brand a vast presence in India and are continuously working towards strengthening its development of new products, improvement of existing ones, new technologies, processes and applications for indigenous and pan Asia-Pacific markets.
Job Description
Reporting to the Country Head/CEO, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and managing the P&L of the plant including but not limited to Production, Quality, Safety, Purchase, Supply Chain, Packing, Administration and Maintenance at plant level efficiently & effectively.
• Broadly look after Project execution during set up of New Factory at Bangladesh
• Budgeting & Cost Control
• Oversee & ensure QMS & EHS compliance in the factory. Develop Safety management system and ensure adherence of same at plant.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual production target with zero quality issue.
• Control Yields, Wastage, WIP and overall Operating expenses
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources incl. men, machine, and material.
• Review & ensure SOP compliance on shop floor.
• Ensure the delivery of products as per the delivery schedule of sales.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment are carried out as per schedule and breakdown under complete control.
• Maximize capacity utilization and OEE of production lines
• Planning / organizing of: material / manpower / machinery by creating the monthly plan of production and coordinate with the corporate teams to ensure availability of manpower, material, etc.
• To review deviations, Change Management Activities, yields, market complaints and stability reports related with production department and assist QA in technical investigation and implementation of CAPA.
• Ensure production and storage of all products according to the set guidelines.
• Ensure in-process QC and its strict implementation.
• Ensure carrying out internal & external plant audits.
• To ensure the training and development of staff and worker
• Responsible for ensuring all statutory compliance at the factory
• Responsible for preparation of daily & monthly report for management
• Responsible for de-bottleneck and process improvement at plant, Creating continual improvement culture at plant
• Project planning & control at Plant
• Presenting daily and monthly reports as per requirement of Management
The Successful Applicant
To be a succesful candidate:
• Must have 18+ Years of Exp with an Engineering degree (BE/BTech).
• Must have NON STICK COATING EXPERIENCE.
• Must have exposure to greenfield/brownfield projects.
