We're Hiring – Factory Manager
At Millets Momo Pvt. Ltd., we're passionate about creating high-quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Factory Manager who can lead our manufacturing team, improve operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly every day.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit.
Lead, guide, and motivate the production team.
Plan daily production and ensure targets are achieved on time.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Ensure all company SOPs and operational processes are followed consistently.
Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with the procurement team.
Create production schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
Train, mentor, and support team members to help them perform at their best.
Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operating efficiently.
Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce wastage, and streamline operations.
Work closely with senior management to plan production and support business growth.
What We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in food manufacturing, factory operations, or production management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Experience in inventory management and production planning.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
