Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical operations, including STP, WTP, RO plants, MEP systems, and team management. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall facility operations, including housekeeping, security, technical, and soft services.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
Supervise MEP systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, and fire & safety systems.
Prepare preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Lead and manage technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and documentation are maintained.
Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-control measures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in Facility Management.
Strong technical knowledge of STP, WTP, RO, Electrical, Fire & Safety, DG Sets, and MEP systems.
Experience in residential, commercial, or IT park facility management is preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
