Role Overview
Repairs and Maintenance manager is Responsible for ensuring all properties are safe, functional, and operational by managing repairs and preventive maintenance on time. The manager must also manage assets, vendors, andmaintenance teams. Oversees property readiness before go-live, maintains high engineering and maintenance standards across all locations so that guests have great experiences across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the day-to-day repairs and maintenance activities across assigned properties.
● Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure property uptime.
● Respond to maintenance issues promptly and ensure timely resolution with minimal operational disruption.
● Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and implement corrective actions.
