Azeezia Medical College Hospital invites applications for the position of Facility Manager to

lead and manage all facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained

hospital environment.

Position: Facility Manager

Location: Kollam, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 3 years, hospital experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day operations of hospital facilities, utilities, and infrastructure

 Ensure strict compliance with hospital safety standards and statutory regulations
 Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, biomedical engineering, and

technical teams

 Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

 Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery

 Implement facility-related improvement projects and ensure cost-effective operations

 Respond promptly to facility emergencies and support patient-care areas as needed

 Assist management in planning, budgeting, and facility audits

Desired Candidate Profile
 Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital facility management (mandatory)
 Strong knowledge of hospital engineering systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing,

medical gas systems, etc.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills

 Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and work in a fast-paced hospital

environment

 Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Facility/Operations Management
