As part of the department:
We are looking for Facility Assistant with 2 to 4 years of experience to be based out of Mangalore office in India and be part of our growth story.
As a Facility Assistant to ensure the seamless operation of our office in India plus support across our international offices. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day office activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a managed office environment and serve as the primary liaison between the office and external service providers.
Your workday, your tasks and mandatory skill set:
• Oversee daily office operations to maintain a productive and well-organized work environment.
• Coordinate with landlord teams and external vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage office inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies.
• Monitor office equipment and IT infrastructure (e.g., monitors, electronic devices) to ensure proper functionality.
• Oversee visitor management and front desk operations.
• Assist in office projects, such as office builds, relocations, or upgrades.
• Experience with cross-country facility management tasks and creating orders in ERP systems is a plus.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
• Prior experience in facility management, office administration, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for order management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills in English with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and office efficiency.
• A full-time graduation degree.
