Location - SE Calgary
Shift - Days
Wage - up to 45/hr.
Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance, are compliant with building codes and are running optimally.
This role involves leading a small maintenance team, working with vendors, and managing contracts for third-party maintenance services.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and interior/exterior maintenance, are in optimal working condition and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee regular maintenance, preventive care, and emergency repairs, utilizing external contractors as needed.
• Lead by example in hands-on maintenance and cleaning activities to support operational excellence.
• Resolve maintenance issues and emergencies, conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Essential Skills
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, including basic repair and maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior maintenance.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Experience maintaining facility and equipment records.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.68/hr.
