Job Description
About the Role
This role will be a Facilities Coordinator and will require you to deliver customer focused support on our client site and the wider FM Space Team.
Essential Job Functions
Provide an effective response to customer queries
Provide Admin support to client when required.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews for presentation to client.
Ensure RAMS and Service Reports are up to date.
Issue work permits.
Liasing with contractors to ensure best service is provided and keep client updated.
Reception cover when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
Confidence in working on own initiative
Strong verbal and written communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
