Facilities Co-ordinator
Job Description
A well-established and progressive licensed Club is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Co-ordinator to oversee all facilities and maintenance operations across two Clubs.
This critical role is responsible for ensuring both venues are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance and presentation, while supporting uninterrupted operations across gaming, food and beverage, function spaces and back-of-house environments.
About the Role
Reporting to Senior Management, you will have end-to-end accountability for facilities and maintenance across both Clubs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to deliver efficient, compliant and cost-effective outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations across two Clubs
Coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance programs
Engaging and managing external contractors, landlords and service providers
Overseeing building services including HVAC, fire systems, security, electrical and general maintenance
Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, statutory requirements and Club policies
Managing maintenance schedules, quotations, budgets and contractor performance
Supporting refurbishments, upgrades and capital works projects across both sites
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience in Facilities or Property Management, ideally within Clubs, hospitality or multi-site operational environments
Strong technical knowledge of building services and maintenance practices
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
Strong communication and contractor management capability
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance and asset presentation
Trade qualifications or facilities management certification (desirable)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
