Fabrication Welder

Manufacturing and service work on Heavy Haul trailers and lifting equipment. Reporting to the foreman you will be providing welding skills were needed. Use of different welding processes and fillers depending on project requirements. A vast array of tasks expected from welding, fitting, grinding arc gouging, plasma cutting, oxy acetylene torch cutting, forming and breaking, CNC flame cutting, etc. Custom fabrication. Operation of various shop equipment including lifting equipment.

Must have valid FCAW CWB Ticket to apply

-1st/2nd Year Welder Min

-Experience with trailers and large transport equipment is considered an asset

-Willing to learn new skills

-Ability to read and follow Engineering Drawings

-Must have reliable transportation to and from work, public transportation is not available

-Able to perform physically demanding tasks in various conditions

-Extra certifications are a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour
