Job Description: Graphic Designer Intern

Position Overview: We are a Startup company in the legal tech field, seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will work closely with our design professionals to support various design projects, both print and digital. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative industry while developing your design skills.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, infographics, social media content, and website assets.
- Assist in the development and execution of design concepts, taking into account the company's branding guidelines and target audience.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design templates, ensuring consistency across different marketing channels.
- Support the design team in conducting research and gathering relevant visual references to inform the design process.
- Assist with photo retouching, image editing, and color correction to enhance visual assets.
- Help optimize graphic content for web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output and share insights with the team.
- Take constructive feedback positively and incorporate changes to improve design iterations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, actively participating in team discussions and sharing creative ideas.

Requirements:

- Laptop is mandatory for this internship

- Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in design output.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- A portfolio or samples of previous design work demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a strong design aesthetic.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
