EYFS Educator (Fixed Term)
Job Description
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education in line with the EYFS framework and our Discovering My World curriculum, supporting children aged 2–5 to learn, explore, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences
Foster early development in literacy, phonics, maths, and communication
Observe, assess, and support each child’s progress and next steps
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment
About You:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
Experience working with children aged 2–5
Warm, enthusiastic, and reflective practitioner
Strong communication and teamwork skills
