Eyewear Consultant and Sales Associate

1. Performing the role of an eye wear consultant

a. Recommending & selling eyewear, lenses & other optical products to all clients

b. Assisting your colleagues in performing the role of an eye wear consultant

c. Ensuring all stock are maintained in good condition & kept back in their designated area after the completion of a sale and assisting your colleagues in doing the same

d. Cleaning & sanitization of all allocated counter spaces at the designated times

e. Adjustment of all products whenever required.

2. Order placement, follow up & delivery

a. The role requires the candidate to take charge of the complete assembly of the final product that is to be delivered to the client, from order placement, follow up, maintenance of records and final delivery.

3. Daily follow up with clients and getting in touch with them about contact lens requirements, scheduling of eye exams, intimating them about new products received in the store, season’s greetings etc.

4. Being involved in stocktaking, maintaining sales floor standards, and other day-to-day tasks to deliver the best shopping experience to the customers.

5. Maintenance of all invoices, orders, purchases, etc in the store ERP System and physical files.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
