Job Description
Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs
• Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
• Maintain sales targets
1. Develop and implement strategies to drive optical product sales including eyeglasses, contact lenses and related accessories.
2. Provide excellent customer services by assisting patients in selecting appropriate eyewear and addressing their vision related needs.
3. Assist patients in frame selection and provide fitting and adjustment service to ensure comfort and proper vision care.
4. Maintain accurate and organized patient records including prescription, purchases and billing information.
5. Manage and maintain inventory levels of optical products and ensure availability of frames, contact lenses and other accessories.
6. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards related to optical services and sales
