About the role
The Technical Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth of Fujitsu Cyber Security Services through the design, positioning, and articulation of technical solutions across the Technical Consulting portfolio. The role combines deep cyber security expertise with commercial awareness to shape client outcomes, develop solution designs, support bid activities, and bridge sales and delivery.
Australian Citizenship is mandatory. Current or reinstatable AGSVA Baseline Security clearance, NV1 is preferred.
Location: This role can be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Lead technical design and solution shaping for Cyber opportunities
Translate client requirements into scalable, secure architectures
Develop Statements of Work (SoWs) and proposals
Support deal strategy, pricing, and win themes
Engage customers and present solutions
Collaborate across sales, delivery, and managed services teams
Contribute to RFx responses and proposal development
Maintain awareness of cyber security trends and technologies
Requirements and Experience
Technical Skills
Microsoft security stack (Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID)
Cloud security (Azure, AWS & GCP)
Zero Trust architectures
SIEM/SOAR platforms
Data protection and compliance, including AI
Pre-Sales & Consulting Skills
Experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture
Strong proposal and SoW development capability
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Stakeholder Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-200, SC-100, AZ-500) desirable
CISSP, CISM or equivalent advantageous
