Canavion Global Corporation is an Edmonton-based international export specializing in recovered paper exports to overseas markets. As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and sales-driven Logistics & Sales Support Coordinator who can help increase sales, strengthen customer relationships, and support daily operations.

This is not just an administrative role — we are looking for someone who is motivated to help grow the business, bring opportunities, and contribute to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping bookings with shipping lines and communicate schedules accurately with trucking companies, warehouses, and customers.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, loading schedules, and customer follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers through timely communication, updates, cargo photos, and shipment follow-ups.
Support sales and business development efforts by identifying potential suppliers and customers through LinkedIn, internet research, cold outreach, and follow-up communication.
Make outbound calls and send professional emails to introduce company services, schedule meetings, and generate new business opportunities.
Follow up consistently with leads, suppliers, and customers to help increase sales and container volume.
Assist in expanding the company’s supplier and customer network across local and international markets.
Maintain organized records of leads, customer communications, and ongoing business opportunities.
The Right Person For This Role

Sales-minded with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident speaking with customers and comfortable doing follow-up calls and emails.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Fast learner who is comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, online research, and logistics systems.
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales support, customer service, or business development is an asset, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
