Full job description
Prepare shipping documents: Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, etc.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and destination country regulations.
Handle RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and GST refund claims.
Apply for Bank Realisation Certificates (BRCs) in coordination with the bank.
File duty drawback claims and ensure proper tracking and credit.
Maintain documentation required for GST refund on exports and file refund applications.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and courier companies.
Book shipments by air/sea and monitor dispatch delivery timelines.
Ensure timely issuance and sharing of shipping documents with buyers.
Submit shipping documents under Letter of Credit or for collection.
Track payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and maintain records of BRCs.
Share shipment updates and documents with international buyers.
Work with production, QC, accounts, and store teams for dispatch planning.
Maintain a shipment-wise record of all exports in Google Sheets.
Create and update logs for pending BRCs, drawback, and GST refunds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
