Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and manage import documentation for shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• ⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to coordinate and monitor shipment progress.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track and report shipment data, costs, and other relevant information.
• ⁠ ⁠Handle any issues related to import documentation and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:
• ⁠ ⁠Experience: Previous experience in import/export documentation or related fields is preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
