Experience: - 6 years

Job Description:

Reporting Structure :
• Reports to Customer Service Manager – who reports to Senior Manager
• Customer Services
Role Location :
- Ahmedabad, India.

Educational Qualifications Required ;
• · Bachelor's in supply chain, Logistics is preferred.

Additional Qualifications Required :
• * Ideally a candidate with a master's degree in the same fields.
Number of Years' Experience required :
• * Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Must be someone from a Supply Chain, or Customer Service background.
Person should have worked in a MANUFACTURING FMCG company.

Principal Accountabilities Responsibilities :
• * Interacting with customers to ensure the company can satisfy their needs.
• Overseeing deliveries from PO to dispatch until final delivery.
• Interacting with the companies US, or European based customers regularly.
• Working with the internal supply chain to help in getting goods delivered on time in full.
• Getting heavily involved with Purchase Production teams to help OTIF delivery and ensuring regular follow up on delays.
• Monitor monthly sales budget and support in target achievement.
• Drive improvements in business processes, work towards improving ERP system and reduction of manual work.
• Develop internal process to resolve and reduce customer complaints. Establish good rapport with your customers.
• Review purchase orders and shortages. Ensure Order fulfilment and service deliverables are achieved as per customer requirements.
• Co-ordinating on all outward shipments to customers across the world.
• Ensure documents related to exports, regulatory requirements are processed with accuracy.
• Handling payments payment reconciliations.
Skills Competencies Required :
• * Strong and impressive English(verbal written) communication
• Must have worked in a company that does international exports via Sea to US/UK/Belgium/UAE/Saudi/Africa.
• Must have worked on an ERP system, preferably JD Edwards (Oracle), or SAP.
• Knowledge of Container Loading Optimization
• Proactive and aggressive
• Result oriented
• Should have experience of working with external and internal teams before.
• Ability to grow into a leadership role.
• Knowing French Arabic language would be a big advantage.
