About the Role
Executive/Senior Executive Exports/International Business - Seeking a meticulous Export Documentation and Logistics Expert! If you're a pro at handling paperwork, navigating international regulations, and managing spreadsheets, this role is perfect for you. Join our team and help us master the world of global trade!
Roles and Responsibilities
● Prepare and review export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
● Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation including Proforma Invoice, Shipping details, L/C documents, Airway Bill, and Bill of Lading.
● Coordinate with customs officials, warehouse teams, banks, and insurance agencies to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
● Ensure statutory compliance with Company Act, Customs Act, Foreign Trade Policy, and other relevant regulations.
● Lead discussions with Customs House Agents (CHA) and Freight Forwarders (FF) for SB filling and clearance approval.
● Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for documentation, ensuring 100% adherence.
● Maintain 100% accuracy in document preparation and strive for timely delivery of export orders.
● Collaborate with internal teams to verify document correctness and ensure timely order fulfilment.
● Willingly undertake additional responsibilities as required to meet company needs and objectives.
The Ideal Profile
● Bachelor's degree required; 2-4 years of experience preferred.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
● Network of freight forwarders and transporters for shipment transportation and clearance.
● Stay updated on government policies, FTAs, Duty Drawback Schemes, and insurance rules.
● Familiar with schemes like Advance Authorisation, EPCG, RoDEO, etc
