Full Job Description
One of our client which is Pharma Raw Material is looking for :

Export cum Accounts Executive

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Preparing documents for export from companies HC (PI / PL / COAs / MSDS / Labels / Photos of goods)

- Checking export documents from Suppliers (direct communication with them)

- Control and tracking of all shipments

- Entering TALLy invoices

- Tracking payments responsibilities in ERP

- Arranging local logistic if required (via agents)

- Dealing with ADC

- Creating e-invoices

Requirements:

- Knowledge of ADC requirements

- TALLY user

- Responsible and proactive person who is ready to work in TEAM

Working experience : Minimum 3 years relevant experience from Pharma industry

Salary – Negotiable
