Job Description
ROLE - EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities –
Manages international marketing activities to maximize achievement of agreed business plans and outcomes.Coordinate with existing & prospective clients regarding product presentation, queries, online marketing activities, price negotiations and documentations.Follow up with existing clients and build long term relationship with them.
Identification of key revenue generating opportunities for products & services.
Will be responsible for participation in various Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, conferences in Domestic & International locations etc.Coordinate and generate documents for exports.Maintain cordial relationship with governing bodies related to export.To source, negotiate and on-board logistics providers related to export.To do inter-Departmental coordination with Logistics, Customer Care & Accounts Dept related to Export.Receiving Logistic Indent from Marketing Dept for shipment /contacting the CHA .Getting offers for Ocean Freights and making comparison sheet for approval.Making Contract for the approved CHA.Making Pre-shipment and Post shipment Export documents.Checking with Purchase Dept for readiness of goods at Vendors factories.Coordinating transport to the shipping port.Ensuring cargo is packed and stuffed properly.Arranging courier for samples and documents to overseas buyers and domestic suppliers.Tracking of Export shipment and courier on daily basis.Saving of all documents in proper folders.
Skill Set Required
Graduate with 3-5 years’ experience in Export Company.Should be well verse in communication and negotiation with CHA / Shipping lines.Should be diligent in making error free documents.Computer operation- MS Off - Word, Excel.

Salary - Neg

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
