Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced consultant to provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing our hotel property management system, Opera Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the system's functional and configuration aspects, as well as experience in training hotel staff on its operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and training to hotel staff on the use and administration of Opera Cloud.
• Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless integration of the system with existing workflows.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to system errors and operational performance.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to improve system efficiency and user adoption.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in implementing and managing hotel property management systems, preferably Opera Cloud.
• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing system settings for optimal performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hotel staff, operations teams, and vendors.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
