Job Description
Saptak Patel Architects is an established architectural & designing firm based out of Ahmedabad. Our studio is fun, fast paced and exciting place to work on a variety of institutional, corporate, retail and residential projects with the basic focus on delivery quality within the stipulated time frame. The team at Saptak Patel Architects is committed to exemplary planning, design and execution of the projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking out for dynamic, passionate & hardworking Architects & Designers, to work at our Ahmedabad based office. The ideal desirable candidate shall be assigned the following roles and responsibilities:
• The person will serve as a intermediate person between the principal architect and the office team.
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, adherence to timelines.
• Develop design solutions and translate them into architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative, creative work environment.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise during the design, documentation, and construction phases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Present design proposals and progress to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• A professional qualification (B. Arch) from an accredited institution with 2-3 years of professional experience.
• A working knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools & equipment employed in building and facilities construction.
• Experience with project management and client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Professional in three dimensional modelling software.
• Experience with rendering software
• Knowledge of CAD software is a must.

• Work: 2-3 years

• Bachelor's (Required)
