Experienced Time Served Joiner (25+ for vehicle insurance)

Principal contractor operating across Central Scotland with main office in Cumbernauld are currently seeking an experienced working joiner to join our fast-growing site construction team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and have completed their SVQ2 or equivalent. You will be required to work within Glasgow and further afield in Stirling, Fife or other areas where sites are. A company van is provided and where sites are too far to travel, accommodation is provided. Please only apply if you are willing to work away from home Monday-Friday when there is a requirement to.

We require someone who is able to deliver the highest standards of joinery work on their own, and when working with other members of our team. You should be dedicated to ensuring impeccable standard of work to ensure successful project delivery.

We undertake a variety of projects from commercial office fit outs to building reinstatement to large scale refurbishments and construction projects.

Responsibilities

· Good timekeeping and attendance at work

· High finishing standards and pride in all workmanship

· Able to manage own time and tasks to deliver works on time and budget

· Communicate clearly

· Experience in commercial office fit outs/partition work

Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years experience in Joinery

· SVQ/C&G certificate in Joinery & Carpentry (or equivalent)

· Full clean UK driving licence

- Clean criminal record - A full Disclosure Scotland check will be carried out on the successful candidate.
