Job Description
We’re seeking a highly experienced part time Receptionist (minimum 5 years’ experience) to join Dr Victoria Cosmetic Dermatology – a leading aesthetic clinic in the heart of Winchester.
You’ll be the face of our practice, ensuring every patient feels welcome, cared for, and confident in our services.
About You
You’ll be a perfect fit if you:
Have 5+ years’ experience in a busy reception role – ideally in a medical, dental, or high-end beauty/spa environment
Love being a Receptionist and are looking for a long-term role where your expertise truly matters
Are warm, professional, and highly organised, with excellent written and spoken English
Can confidently manage bookings, calls, payments, and clinic administration
Are tech-savvy, comfortable with booking systems, email, WhatsApp, and social media
Live within 40 minutes of Winchester (SO23 9HJ) and are also happy to work Saturdays (this role is full time Tuesday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience
Manage calls, appointments, patient records, and payments
Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations and maintain an immaculate environment
Handle stock, deliveries, and ensure readiness for all appointments
(Optional) Contribute to social media content creation
This Role Is Not for You If You:
Have less than 5 years’ receptionist experience
Are looking for a stepping-stone role or quick progression
Prefer paper systems to digital tools
Are uncomfortable in a clinical or aesthetic environment
Live more than 40 minutes from central Winchester
