We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional community service to Whanau and the Community. This role requires accuracy in Information Sharing and Public Relations, making it a position of major responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline customer service to clients and whanau
Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Maintain strong communication and people-focused service skills
Work effectively in a team environment with strong leadership
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working in Community Services
Possesses excellent verbal and written English skills
Understands Primary Health Care principles (advantageous)
Compliant with Mandatory COVID-1+ Vaccine Order
Working Conditions:
Sociable working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
