PLEASE NOTE - WORK IS NOT LOCATED IN THE AREA SPECIFIED. WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENGINEERS LOCALLY TO OUR OFFICE. WORK WILL BE IN AROUND LONDON + SURROUNDING COUNTIES

Key Responsibilities: (Please read carefully)

- Manage and run plumbing jobs from start to finish independently or managing a team competently.

- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of all plumbing systems, including boilers, gas installations, and unvented systems.

- Wiring knowledge for combi boilers, system boilers with unvented systems, and heat pumps favourable but not essential.

- Train and mentor apprentices to develop their skills when required.

- Ensure all work complies with current standards and building regulations.

- Understand and follow technical drawings and project specifications.

- Perform material take-offs and manage tools and equipment effectively.

- Maintain a neat and tidy work environment and deliver high-quality results.

- Collaborate with the team and contribute to the company’s overall success.

- Able to commute in and around London to different jobs

Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of plumbing, including boiler and gas installations, unvented systems, and heat pump systems.

- Valid CSCS card or equivalent health and safety qualifications (a health and safety test can be arranged if required).

- Own tools and means of transport (a van may be provided if offered a permanent position).

- Punctual, organised, and reliable.

- Competent in reading and following drawings.

- Experience with wiring boilers for combi systems, unvented systems, and heat pumps favourable but not essential.

- Proven ability to work independently or in a team and manage projects effectively.

Trial Period:

- Successful applicants will undergo a trial period for a mutually agreed duration to assess skills and capabilities.

- After the trial, a pay rate will be agreed based on competence and performance.
