Experienced Plumber (Residential & Commercial) – As Needed / On-Call

Integrity First Plumbing, Inc. is seeking experienced, dependable plumbers to join our team on an as-needed, on-call basis. We perform both residential and commercial plumbing work throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

We're looking for self-motivated professionals who can work independently, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and deliver quality workmanship with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and service work.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
Complete work safely, efficiently, and to code.
Maintain a professional attitude with customers, contractors, and team members.
Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with management.
Qualifications

Proven plumbing experience in residential and commercial work.
Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must have your own reliable truck or work van.
Must provide your own basic hand tools.
If additional specialty tools or equipment are required for a particular project, Integrity First Plumbing will provide them when needed.

Position Details

On-call / As-needed work.
Hours will vary based on project workload and scheduling.
