Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations
Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and retail product options
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and service quality
Assist in front desk reception and taking payments
Skills
Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a portfolio of completed work
Expertise in various nail techniques including gel and nail art
Knowledge of body waxing procedures and best practices is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Commitment to sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene
Ability to upsell services and retail products tactfully to enhance revenue opportunities
Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations
Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products confidently
