Position Overview:
NavyaEdu is seeking highly qualified and experienced Medical Educators to teach and mentor students in various MBBS subjects. This role is crucial in delivering comprehensive and engaging instruction, guiding students through their academic journey, and preparing them for successful careers in medicine. We offer flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions, and the option to work remotely or on-site in our Jaipur facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for MBBS subjects including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, and Clinical Skills.
- Create and update course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments, ensuring alignment with the latest medical standards and practices.
- Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences and accommodate different learning styles.
2. Student Engagement and Support:
- Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students, addressing their queries and guiding them through complex concepts.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student performance and understanding.
- Develop and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation criteria.
- Analyze assessment results to identify areas for improvement in teaching strategies and student comprehension.
4. Research and Development:
- Stay current with advancements in medical education and incorporate innovative practices into teaching.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of educational materials and programs.
- Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other educators, medical professionals, and administrative staff to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with students, colleagues, and management.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBBS or equivalent medical degree; advanced degrees (MD/MS) or specialized qualifications in relevant subjects are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in MBBS subjects; prior experience in medical education or training is a significant advantage.
- Skills:

- Strong instructional skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital platforms for remote teaching.
