We are seeking a talented and passionate fashion design specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working with Indian couture fashion designers, demonstrating a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary fashion aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and developing Indian and Western silhouettes
Collaborate with the design team to create innovative collections
Knowledge of fabric manipulations, embroideries, and embellishments
Research current trends in Indian and international fashion
Support in sourcing fabrics and materials
Prepare technical sketches and mood boards
Ensure designs adhere to quality standards and brand aesthetics
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with Indian couture designers
Strong knowledge of fabric manipulations and intricate embroidery techniques
Proficiency in both Indian and Western fashion silhouettes
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CAD software is a plus
Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly fabrics
