Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced English & SST Teacher located at SBES Centenary School in Aurangabad. The English teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, developing and grading assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback to students, collaborating with other teachers and faculty, and maintaining classroom discipline. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young minds, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to work in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, Masters with B Ed preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English to middle and high school students
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt them to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain classroom discipline
• Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning is a plus
• Experience in designing and grading assignments and tests
• Willingness to work collaboratively with other teachers and faculty members
