Kitsilano Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team! We are a busy, modern, and supportive clinic with a strong focus on patient care, teamwork, and keeping things running smoothly — all while maintaining a positive, fun work environment.
What we’re looking for:
We need someone who is:
Experienced in a dental reception role (required)
Confident using Tracker dental software (strong asset / preferred requirement)
Highly reliable, punctual, and organized
Comfortable managing a busy front desk with multiple providers
Professional, warm, and great with patients over the phone and in person
Able to handle scheduling, billing, insurance breakdowns, and treatment coordination
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly, professional approach
Managing appointment schedules efficiently using Tracker
Handling phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries
Processing payments, insurance claims, and treatment plans
Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
