We are seeking you to be a Cluck 'N' Cleaver ambassadors and future leaders in a hospitality-driven, fun, and team-oriented environment as one of our Crew Leaders. We are seeking a individual with strong customer service experience, strong multi tasking skill, and exceptional attention to detail.
In the Crew Leader role, you must be eager to excel and grow in a fast-paced, high volume, and team-oriented atmosphere. You will work directly with the guidance of the General manager and be responsible for smooth operations when a manager is not on duty.

Position: Crew Member
Hours: Full time (27-40+ hours)
Responsibilities of a Crew Leader:
To wow our customers with exceptional food, perfect orders, an upbeat attitude, creating a memorable experience.
To motivate the team and ensure all food, and service expectations are met by the crew members
To pay attention the details to ensure a smooth running shift
The ideal crew leader candidate:
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must have previous hospitality and/or food service experience.
Experienced with food prep and is an independent worker
Must have previous experience in a leadership role with Team-leading skills
Energetic, resilient, with a positive mindset
Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
Attention to detail
Basic math skills
