You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, while working closely with our experienced chefs to maintain our reputation for excellence.
This role requires a strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn classical French cooking techniques. You will also need to be flexible and able to work as part of a team, maintaining high standards across the kitchen. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with guidance from our experienced chefs.

• Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
• Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
• Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team
• Great attention to detail and high standards across the kitchen
• Eagerness to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs
