Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and communication

Requirements
- 6+ months of customer-facing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Knowledge of bank products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts
- Familiarity with mobile banking technologies and online platforms
- Proven track record of success in customer service and relationship-building
