Key Responsibilities
Comprehend, convey, and apply company's financial and expense reimbursement policies, rules, and procedures.
Cross-verify expense reports against finance policies to ensure compliance.
• Confirm that submitted documentation meets the company's policy criteria.
Draft reports and scrutinize dashboards to identify and follow trends.
• Recognize areas for potential cost reduction or procurement, collaborating with key players to actualize solutions.
Efficiently interact with all company levels, offering clarifications on non-compliant reports and driving resolution for timely reimbursement.
Deliver top-notch customer service always.
Produce and analyze data for performance metrics and reporting.
Assist in preparing journal entries for month-end financial closing.
Contribute to occasional, special projects as needed.
