Graduate with +5 yrs. of experience in customer service & Operations in a reputed freight forwarding company.In-depth know-how about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients.Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agentsProficiency in handling MNC clients and execution of time bound & critical sea/air shipments.Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations.Good convincing and problem solving skills.Capability to handle freight forwarding operations & customer service independently without supervision.Timely job invoicing and preparing job reports.Highly aggressive, proactive and pre planned work style.Excellent written & oral linguistics skills.Maintain complete tracking of freight, shipments & Inceptions.aMust be focused to follow stuff & Stuffy container on daily basis and monitor the movement of export / import.Processing shipments when needed reviewing all shipments before they are dispatched.Communicate all issues/problems/concerns/suggestions with Management.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Export industry.An excellent team player, collaborative, responsible, and go getter.Able to work under pressure, individual decision making, process orientation, convincing skills.CFS & Shipping Line Documentation knowledge & experience.Clearing & Forwarding knowledge & experience especially in Import clearance, Export warehousing & LCL consolidation.Logistics & Transport management knowledge & experience.Supply chain & warehousing management knowledge & experience.Well organized, efficient, and effective.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Written and Oral)The ideal candidate will be a person who has strong business, market and customer understanding with a passion to delight the customer through service.
