We are currently looking for an Installation Operative to join our growing Event business.

Total Event are a family operated business working on events, exhibitions and conferences across the UK and Europe supporting some of the most recognised events in the industry. About the Role
· Setting up and breaking down events
· Driving vehicles to site and back
· Loading and unloading trucks
· Creating custom build exhibition stands
· Working in our warehouse during periods when we are not at events
· You must enjoy working as part of a team and to tight deadlines
· Opportunity to obtain class II lorry licence
Pay Rates
Based on experience the annual salary will be in the range of £29,500 to £32,000 plus dividend and allowances.
Requirements
This job is physically demanding and requires:
· Being comfortable lifting and carrying heavy weight regularly throughout the shift;
· You must be comfortable with travelling away with overnight accommodation (provided);
· Have good attention to detail and care about the quality of work we produce;
· Be comfortable with flexible working, working regular long days during busy periods
· You’ll need to engage with the role, take responsibility, have the capacity to learn new skills and possess a strong work ethic.
Above all we are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates who can communicate clearly and are willing to learn.
**Full Clean UK Driving Licence Essential**
We are based in Worcestershire. As such we require applicants within a reasonable commuting distance to Worcester. Start times vary every day, hours can be long and 6am starts are not unusual.
