Job Description
Exercise Physiologist $67K–$85K + Super Private Clinics with Full Aquatic & Gym Access
Location: Salisbury, SA
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: $67,000–$85,000 + super (based on experience)
You’ll be based in private clinic rooms within aquatic and leisure centres, with access to:
Dedicated consultation and assessment rooms
On-site hydrotherapy pools
Fully equipped rehabilitation gym facilities
Staff-only areas for documentation, breaks, and team collaboration
You’ll provide one-on-one exercise programming, rehabilitation, and functional capacity support for clients across:
NDIS participants (including neurological conditions, physical disability, and ASD)
Older adults (falls prevention, arthritis, post–joint replacement)
DVA and Return-to-Work programs
Chronic disease management
Workers Compensation and TAC cases
This is a clinic-first role, with some community visits where you can connect with clients in their own environments and help transition them back to regular in-clinic rehab.
What We Offer
$67,000–$85,000 (based on experience) + super
Guaranteed minimum 38 hours/week

Full aquatic and gym use for clients during sessions
Operational team to handle administration work
Structured mentorship and professional development – ideal for new graduates
Collaborative team of 25+ Allied Health professionals

Gradual, supported build-up to a full caseload
About You
You are motivated to achieve excellent outcomes for clients, enjoy working closely with others, and are seeking a role that provides solid clinical and operational support.
You bring:
Current registration as an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
Strong communication skills when interacting with both clients and colleagues
A collaborative team mindset – supportive, proactive, and willing to contribute
Effective time management – reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
A valid Police Check, WWCC, and Driver’s Licence
