Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid (Google and Bing) campaigns.
2. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEM initiatives.
3. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
4. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
5. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
6. Research and analyze competitors and tweak campaigns to stay ahead of the competition.
7. Plan and forecast spending and ROI for the SEM campaigns
Required Skills:
1. Proven SEM experience across Google, and Bing.
2. Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
3. Managed multi-million dollars in Spends on Google.
4. Should be flexible enough for working in different shift timings.
5. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
6. Experience with bid management tools.
7. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Omniture, Google Analytics).
8. Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
+. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
10. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
11. Knowledge/hands-on experience to leverage the Google Adwords API for basic task efficiency.
Education Qualification:
B. Tech from a premier institute (Computer Science degree preferred)
MBA will be an added advantage
