Job Description
Job Title: Finance Executive/ Senior Executive
Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:
• Revenue Accounting ensuring timely and correct accounting of revenue.
• Receivables tracking, customer account reconciliation and follow up to maintain required AR days.
• Periodic Security Deposit reconciliation
• Responsible for billing escalations, communication, and AR-specific situations (such as Credit Memos, etc.)
• Responsible for revenue-related periodic and closing activities, including accruals, provisions (Bad Debt, Sales prov.) making sure reconciliations are appropriate and accurate and are performed in accordance with IND-AS/Stat rules, Global processes.
• Issuance of legal notice to customers delaying payments
• Ensuring monthly AR review with HOD & CS team and taking business approval towards required action.
• Weekly BRS review and ensuring timely action for closure of open items.
• Monthly pre-payment review and taking timely action for closure of open advances.
• Revenue Analysis- monitor & ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, annual accounts.
• Monthly variance analysis for revenue accounts
• Assist in monthly books closing activities.
• Assist in filling in returns under Indirect Tax
• Any other activities under controllership
Skills & Qualifications:
• Must have Degree in Finance or Accounting – Bachelors of Commerce /Master in Commerce /Chartered Accountant Inter/Chartered Accountant Final/ Company Secretary Inter/ Company Secretary Final
• Prior work experience of 5 years in managing R2R process.
• Have worked for an India business. Not from KPOs/BPOs.
• Experience in MNC/Regional role preferred.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate, Manufacturing and Retail Companies is preferred.
