Responsibilities : 80% focus will be on Talent Acquisition & 20% on other HR sub-functions.

 Sourcing and screening resumes based on the requirements.

 Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates to understand and assess their fitment against the predefined criteria.

 Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

 Facilitate the offer process by negotiating employment terms.

 Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with the company’s laid down process.

 Manage on-boarding and new hire process.

 Handle administrative duties and record keeping.

 Ensure Personnel files are up-to-date (hard and soft copy).

 Assist in attendance management and preparation of any reports where required.

 Provide support to HR Team wherever required.

Desired Candidate Profile :

 MBA (HR) or equivalent degree with 2 years’ experience in Recruitment.

 Hands-on experience in various job portals.

 Proficient in MS Office.

 Working knowledge of HRIS system. Knowledge of SAP (HR module) would be an added advantage.
