Job Description
Key Responsibilities
CCTV & Surveillance Systems:
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems on sites.
• Configure and manage DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and video management software.
• Ensure proper recording, storage, backup, and retrieval of surveillance footage.
• Configure and troubleshoot remote viewing and mobile access for CCTV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve camera, recording, storage, connectivity, and power-related issues.
• Conduct periodic health checks and preventive maintenance of surveillance infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for CCTV-related repairs and upgrades when required.
Boom Barrier & Access Control Systems:
• Coordinate Installation, configuration, and maintenance of boom barriers and related access control equipment.
• Troubleshoot barrier operation issues, sensors, controllers, and communication devices.
• Ensure smooth operation and uptime of entry and exit management systems.
• Maintain backup records and operational logs of access control systems.
Networking & Infrastructure Support:
• Perform LAN troubleshooting and basic network administration.
• Install and manage network cabling, switches, routers, and wireless devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting users and surveillance systems.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for internet and connectivity-related issues.
Hardware & Software Support:
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and antivirus management.
• Support remote users through remote assistance tools.
Preventive Maintenance & Documentation:
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for CCTV, networking, and IT equipment.
• Maintain inventory records of cameras, NVRs, networking devices, and IT assets.
• Document technical configurations, maintenance activities, and support logs.
• Ensure proper cable management and equipment housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in CCTV, Networking, or Hardware Support will be an added advantage.
Experience Required : 2 Years
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
