Executive - Sales Support

Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements.

· Follow up with clients after order placement for updates, clarifications and satisfaction checks.

· Follow-up and communicate with clients regarding the status of received metal.

· Track and manage customer feedback or concerns related to order fulfilment.

· In case of order cancellation, coordinate with the dispatch team and inform the sales team about return order.

· Maintain records of client communications, quotation history and order changes.

· Support the sales team with timely information to enhance customer service and sales planning.

· Preparation of MIS Report and send to Manager-Sales and Marketing and Management weekly.

· Arrange Samples for Exhibitions and Sales Team.

· Coordinate and attend Exhibitions to support brand visibility, lead generation and sales engagement.

· Advise Billing department on labour rate, billing format and gold purity requirement of client.

To identify the trainings requirements and communicate the same to the HOD.
